O texto mostra as principais diferenças de explicação do comportamento da luz segundo o Eletromagnetismo de Maxwell e a Eletrodinâmica Quântica.

Abstract: The paper shows the main differences concerning the behavior of light from the point of view of Maxwell's Electromagnetism and from that of Quantum Electrodynamics.
